Our Production Manager and acting owner. His job is to cultivate and process all on-boarding and training for our Roof Inspection Specialists. He also checks all paperwork and measurements for accuracy and integrity, handles material and labor orders, and provides auxiliary technical guidance to the sales department, and office staff.

The Office Manager, plays a role in the everyday operation of the company. The office manager is heavily involved in every aspect from customer relationship management, scheduling, and the delegation of tasks to the rest of the company. The office manager is one of the most integral pieces to the foundation of Excel Roofing.

As a former Sales Representative, Ben also plays a role in recruiting he is responsible for planning and directing the hiring of new sales representatives and the management of our sales representatives and canvassers. Ben is responsible for delegating/ implementing resources amongst the sales team and communicating company objectives/ strategies to to the rest of the sales force.
