Excel has been in business since 1998 completing thousands of jobs in Maryland. Our sister company Excel Fencing and Decking has been bringing quality and affordable jobs for over two decades, with thousands of happy customers.
We aim to stay a medium-sized company, installing throughout Maryland anywhere there is a roof in need. By staying local we are able to commit to our local customers and able to get out to fix things in a timely manner. The small family-owned feel with operating processes of the large corporations. With a special love for veterans, they will always receive an additional discount on all services with us, the least we can do.

Meet The Team
Will Dix
Senior Project Coordinator
Our Production Manager and acting owner. His job is to cultivate and process all on-boarding and training for our Roof Inspection Specialists. He also checks all paperwork and measurements for accuracy and integrity, handles material and labor orders, and provides auxiliary technical guidance to the sales department, and office staff.

- System Plus Limited Warranty: This warranty offers lifetime coverage on shingles and a 50-year non-prorated period for materials defects on single-family homes.
Silver Pledge Limited Warranty: In addition to everything covered under System Plus, it also includes workmanship coverage backed by GAF
Both offer extended coverage for GAF roofing systems when all qualifying GAF materials are used.
